Zen Micro

So I finally bought a Creative Zen Micro, and I have to say I am very happy with my purchase.

I was able to purchase a red Zen Micro off eBay for about $100, including shipping. The description said it was a 4GB model, but I found out when I received it that it was actually the 5GB model. I only received the Zen Micro itself, no USB cable, no CD with installation software, no AC adaptor, no headphones (he says he sent them out about a week sending the Micro, but I have yet to see them). I was able to replace everything missing for free, so no big loss there.

What I really like about the Zen Micro is the size is perfect. I just fits in your hand and pocket perfectly. I always though many of the other MP3 players I have tested where a little clumsy and didn't really fit in the hand they way they should, but Creative really got this one right.

Also the control's are really good, of course the iPod is overall better, but the Zen Micros touch pad works great, and in some ways is a little easier then the iPod IMHO.

The voice recording is really amazing. The mic picks up everything, and it sounds much clearer then the Tape recorder we have at my office.

The FM reception is only fair, but that is most likely do to the headphones I am using. I hope to receive the real headphones soon because they are designed to be used at an antenna for the Zen Micro.

So I have to say I am really happy with my purchase, and would highly recommend the Zen Micro.
